How to know if my water is safe to drink

Even if your water looks clear, it does not necessary means it is clean. Some people think that as long as the water does not have the strange smell of chlorine, there should be no problem! 1. Cloudy or dirty water
First and the most obvious one is to see if your water is cloudy and dirty. When the water plants filter you water, it may leave some minerals in it. 2. Strange odor

3. Unusual taste
Your water should not have any taste. If your water has a fishy, oily, bitter, or metallic taste, you might want to test your water and send it to laboratory to check if there are some contaminants in it.
